Executive Services provides professional digital and technology-based services delivered remotely. Our services include but are not limited to the following:

2.1 Graphic Designing

We provide professional graphic design services including logos, brand identity kits, social media creatives, marketing banners, brochures, business cards, packaging designs, and promotional materials.

All services are delivered online. Clients must provide clear requirements, brand guidelines, and necessary content. We provide design concepts, revision rounds as agreed, and final high-resolution files suitable for digital and print use. Final files are delivered upon full payment.

2.2 Application Integration

We provide application and system integration services including integration of payment gateways, CRMs, ERP systems, e-commerce platforms, APIs, third-party tools, and automation systems.

Integration is performed remotely after technical evaluation. Clients are responsible for providing secure access credentials and system documentation. We are not liable for third-party system limitations or restrictions.

2.3 App Development

We develop custom mobile applications for Android and iOS including business apps, e-commerce apps, booking systems, service apps, and enterprise applications.

Services include planning, UI/UX design, development, testing, and deployment. Project timelines depend on scope and client cooperation. App store approvals are subject to the policies of Google Play and Apple App Store.

2.4 Web Design & Development

We design and develop responsive websites including business websites, e-commerce stores, landing pages, portfolio websites, and custom web applications.

Services may include UI/UX design, front-end and back-end development, payment gateway integration, security implementation, speed optimization, and mobile responsiveness.

2.5 Offshore Development

We offer offshore development services allowing clients to hire remote developers, designers, and technical experts.

All resources work remotely. Clients are responsible for project management collaboration and timely communication.

2.6 Back Office Support

We provide remote administrative and operational support including data entry, order processing, email handling, chat support, documentation management, and reporting.

All services are delivered online. Clients must provide proper access and instructions.

2.7 CRM Software Development

We develop custom CRM software for managing customer data, sales pipelines, automation, reporting, and collaboration.

Development includes requirement analysis, architecture planning, development, testing, and deployment. Clients are responsible for accurate requirement submission and timely approvals.

3. Service Delivery & Client Responsibilities

  • All services are delivered remotely unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Clients must provide accurate project requirements and timely feedback.
  • Delays caused by incomplete information or late responses are not our responsibility.
  • Additional work beyond agreed scope will require additional payment.

4. Payments & Fees

  • Full or milestone payments must be made as agreed before project delivery.
  • All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly agreed in writing.
  • Late payments may result in project suspension.
  • We reserve the right to revise pricing at any time for new contracts.

5. Revisions & Modifications

  • Revision limits are defined per project agreement.
  • Additional revisions beyond the agreed number may incur extra charges.
  • Major scope changes require a new agreement.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client only after full payment.
  • We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
  • Unauthorized reproduction or resale of our proprietary frameworks or systems is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Executive Services shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
  • Third-party service failures
  • Market performance outcomes
  • Data loss caused by hosting providers or external systems

Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in dispute.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services or refuse service at our discretion if:

  • Payments are not made
  • Misuse or abusive behavior occurs
  • Fraudulent activity is suspected

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during projects unless disclosure is required by law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Pennsylvania.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
